eSim Activation Guide for Android Phones

Effortless eSIM Installation for Android

Get your Android device connected in just a few taps. Follow this guide to activate your new eSIM.

Please note: Menu paths may vary slightly depending on your device manufacturer (e.g., Samsung, Google Pixel) and Android version.

Installation Guide

    Open SIM Manager

    Navigate to Settings → Connections and tap on SIM manager.

    Add eSIM

    Inside the SIM manager, tap on + Add eSIM to begin the setup process.

    Scan QR Code

    Select Scan QR code from service provider. Point your camera at the QR code you received in your email.

    Alternatively, if you cannot scan the code, tap Enter activation code and paste the code from your email.

    Confirm and Activate

    Your phone will detect the plan. Tap Add to add the eSIM to your device. The activation process may take a few moments.

    Activation Complete

    Once finished, you will see your new eSIM listed in the SIM manager. It is now installed on your device.

Final Configuration

After installation, a few more steps are needed to get you online.

    Set Preferred SIM

    In the SIM manager, scroll down to the "Preferred SIMs" section. Tap on Mobile data and select your new eSIM as the data source.

    Enable Data Roaming

    Navigate to Settings → Connections → Mobile networks and ensure the Data roaming toggle is turned ON. This is required to connect to the network.

💡 Important Tip

Activate roaming only when you arrive at your travel destination. Keeping it off before you travel prevents accidental charges on your primary plan.
